Last night some of our good friends, Hilary and Jeremy, welcomed their first son, Jordan Ray, into the world. We can't wait for playdates to start!

Go Pokes!
We are spending the first half of our Christmas vacation in Stillwater visiting Chris's parents. On Monday night, we went to the Oklahoma State Cowgirls basketball game. Casen loved it!
Every game they have a contest for the best sign. Chris's parents tried to exploit my son for the prize money, but it didn't work. The camera men didn't even see our awesome sign until after the contest was over. We were cheated. I'm sure we would have won. They did spot it during the last half of the game and put us all up on the Jumbo tron! If Casen only knew how cool that was...

Supper Club
Our Sunday School Class has Supper Clubs every month where couples are randomly grouped together. It's a different group each month and a great way to get to know everyone. We hosted this month's Supper Club. Due to the busyness of the season the numbers were low, but good times were still had!

Little Thoughts
Casen is getting really expressive these days. Sometimes you can just see the wheels turning in his head. It makes me wonder what he is thinking...
"One of these days I'll be this big...just like my cousin John Michael!"
"Wow, those fruit puffs look good. When can I have those?"

"What is the woman doing to me?"
"Wow, she's sooo pretty! Maybe I can catch a chick as pretty as her when I grow up!"

The Freelands
This is the first installment of Thanksgiving pictures. We spent the first part of the Holiday in Frederick, Oklahoma where Chris's dad grew up. It was fun to introduce Casen to all of his relatives for the first time.

Vickie, Chris's cousin and Casen.
Mr. Eskew, Marla, Riley and Keaton talking to Casen. When Chris and I started dating we quickly discoverd that his uncle was my elementary school principal. Even though I can now call him Gary, it just doesn't seem right...I think he will always be Mr. Eskew in my book.

The Gardners
When Chris was a youth pastor in Arlington we made some great friends. One family, in particular, were the Gardners. Molly and Rebecca were in the youth group at the time and I am proud to say that they are both now at OSU and loving sorority life (thankfully they didn't listen to Chris' stories)! They came over Tuesday night for Casen and dessert - in that order!

Laundry Day
Monday is laundry day at the Freeland house. Sutton loves Mondays!!! If dogs have a love language I think hers is physical touch. Anytime someone is on the sofa, she is curled up next to them. She loves to bask in the sun and her favorite thing is laying in a pile of laundry fresh from the dryer. This Monday, I decided to let Casen watch and learn how laundry is done. I sat him next to Sutton, ran to the other room, came back and this is what I found:
