Casen Meets Cale

It was so much fun to see how Casen responded to his new brother. When he walked into the hospital room, Casen was really excited to see a room full of his favorite people...Mommy and Daddy and both sets of grandparents.

We asked Casen where the baby was and he spotted him quickly. He touched the baby and was thankfully very gentle with him.

Cale's present for Casen was an Elmo book. Casen is currently fascinated with Elmo so the book was a big hit!

Playing in the Creek

My Mom and Dad 's lot has a ton of trees and an awesome creek for toddlers to play in. During our recent visit to Oklahoma, Casen had a ton of fun playing in the creek and getting filthy with his cousins!

Baby Max

A few weeks ago we had the privilege of watching our freind's son, Max, for the afternoon. It was great practice for Casen.

He was fascinated with Baby Max and took great delight in showing us his body parts.

After he labeled Max's parts he moved on to Sutton's. Here he is showing us her "hand."

It's really encouraging to see Casen around babies. I really hope he is as sweet to his little brother as he was to Max!
