First: I forgot Barry and Julia in last night's picture; not because their visit wasn't absolutely meaningful, but because we were going on 2 hours of sleep. Barry and Julia are the mentor couple in our Union Class, and do a phenomenal job of loving on all of us. Barry was excited about how small Kari was already. He said he was coming to visit her in a week to see if her belly was smaller than his. We didn't want to hurt his feelings too bad, but she's already got him beat.
This is a good Daddy picture. He's looking at Chris through one eye and sleeping with the other. We think that's a skill he picked up from Fat Boy... I mean "Grandpa."
Kari hasn't had to change a single diaper so far. This picture is proof that Chris has... We have a deal: Chris handles poop, and Kari handles puke. She thinks she's getting the good end of the deal, but when he starts blowing chunks as a 8-year-old, Daddy's rolling over and going back to sleep.
Our little man and his hot momma.
The doctor says we're going home today, probably sometime mid-afternoon.
